Mr. Sameer Arora — Manager Advancement & School Counselor

Sameer is a natural leader, a collaborator and an educator with 15 years of school experience and five years of entrepreneurial experience ranging from teaching across all levels of school; integrating pedagogical innovations in curriculum, creating favorable environment for the students and faculty members, fostering partnerships with educational organizations and community, administration, supervising staff and resource management. Ms. Kaushiki Banerjee — Head of Department - English
Delhi Public School, Ranchi
Kaushiki Banerjee has been in the field of education with a career of teaching to activate curiosity, knowledge and wisdom and instill love for learning in the minds of pupils for the last 23 years in CBSE-affiliated schools, in the post of PGT (English). Currently, Kaushiki is working in Delhi Public School, Ranchi, one of the best schools in eastern India, as of Head of English department as well as chief editor of the school's annual magazine "Spectra Lumina". Kaushiki received the "Best Teacher Award" in Jharkhand for SOF International English Olympiad 2017-2018, and was honored with a letter of appreciation on the stellar performance of her students in CBSE senior certificate examination by HRD ministry in 2015. Recently, as a coordinator Kaushiki has been associated with community work programs and organized various workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions to upgrade the skill sets for students, teachers and principals in DPS, Ranchi.
Ms. Devyani Bhatnagar — Student Counselor
Sanskar School, Jaipur
Devyani Bhatnagar currently works a student counselor at Sanskar School Jaipur. She guides and helps students, both in the IB program as well and CBSE, in selecting and applying to appropriate universities in the U.S., U.K., Australia and India that will help students in their overall development based on their aptitude and interests. Devyani is constantly attending training and seminars to upgrade her knowledge and skills in guiding students. Before working as a student counselor at Sanskar, she independently took care of Globaledy, a student counselling organization, based out of Jaipur for almost 7 years. She, along with a very capable and dynamic team, helped students from schools across Rajasthan in selecting universities, completing applications and guiding students with essays, etc. She also organized workshops on creative writing, film critiquing, sports and more to broaden the prospective of students. Before she developed her interest in the field of career counseling, she worked as a senior public relations manager at the prestigious Jal Mahal restoration and development project in Jaipur. She has also worked as the senior PR manager with the Jaipur International festival and has been a pioneer in developing the Jaipur Literature Festival from it's inception days. Devyani studied at the Sophia College, Mumbai and did her post graduation (MBA) at the SIMB, Pune.
Ms. Sandipa Bhattacharjee — Counsellor for Career Guidance

Sandipa Bhattacharjee started her career as a teacher in the Steel City of Jamshedpur where she gained renown not only for her commitment to her subject, but also for her dedication to spread the need for values in teaching every day lessons. Her rise to the position of HOD of English was no surprise. She frequently conducted sessions for teachers and students to urge them to lead a value-based life, which would result in a reformed nation. In 2009, she moved to Coimbatore and was immediately asked to head the department. Her dedication saw new heights as she now pledged her time assisting students in choosing their career paths, helping with the application process, and subsequently, took up the additional responsibility of the school counsellor.
Ms. Evana Laila Choudhuy — Career Guidance Counselor

Evana Laila Choudhury has been working in the University Placement Services Department (UPS) of Scholastica Senior Campus Uttara since 2011. Currently, she is a member of the International Association of College Admission Counseling (IACAC) and Dhaka College Counselors Network (DCCN). Now, she is looking over the UPS Department of both the senior campuses of Scholastica. She is a LLB graduate from the University of London External Programme and has also completed a MBA degree from Independent University, Bangladesh. As a guidance counselor for over seven years, Evana has been working with high school students throughout their university admission process and also helping them gain work experience through the Scholastica Summer Internship Programs.
Ms. Sulakshana Divekar — Counselor and Higher Education Advisor
Raffles World Academy, Dubai
Sulakshana has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Sulakshana feels passionately about living a purposeful life and hence began her journey working in a research project at Tata institute of Social Sciences (India) with Muskaan – Child & Adolescent guidance centre. The project was on “The use of Play and art forms with children in disaster" and their research paper on this topic has been published in the Indian Journal of Social Science (Volume 63). Sulakshana had the opportunity to work with children from under-privileged background, victims of abuse as well as in conflict-ridden areas. In Dubai, Sulakshana has worked as a Psychology teacher at Indian High school. Later she worked as a counselor at JSSIS. Sulakshana is currently working at Raffles World Academy as a counselor and higher education advisor.
Ms. Shilpee Ganguly — Principal

Born and brought up in Nagpur, Mrs. Shilpee Ganguly has done her post-graduate work in Physics. She completed her Bachelor’s of Education in 1993 and since then has been a teacher with Centre Point School, Nagpur, India. She has grown with the organisation and took over as the principal in 2013. Always passionate about the teaching-learning processes and pedagogy, she has attended lots of seminars, conferences and workshops covering a spectrum of topics She has been associated with IC3 right since its inception. Reading and travelling are her passions, and she derives her energy to face the challenges of her profession from the affection and love that she receives from children.
Mr. Abhinav Gogoi — Head of Careers

Inter-disciplinarity, internationalism and “education without prejudice” are values I adhere to strictly. I am an IB graduate from Mahindra United World College of India, and completed my higher education at Jacobs University Bremen and University Bremen (Germany) in Marine Geosciences and Climate Research. After traveling extensively around the world, I was keen to give back to the communities that have structured my holistic growth – hence, my interest in teaching Geography and Environmental Sciences at my Alma Mater, AVS. I am also working as a guidance counselor and am an ardent enthusiast of Theater and Dramatics, which I lead in school.
Ms. Maneesha Gorti — College Advisor

Ms. Maneesha Gorti holds a Master’s Degree and has 15 + years of experience in HR, as well as career guidance and counselling for international and Indian institutions. She has worked with Oakridge International School for more than six years as a college advisor. Being well-versed in university application process, Ms. Maneesha takes care of advising and counseling 9th grade students at all the Oakridge Campuses and helping them build their profile for undergraduate admission. Additionally, she gives orientation and counselling to teachers on various aspects of the college application process and to parents on supporting their children in building their profile. Mrs. Gauri Kamboj is at present the Student Placement Advisor of Vidhya Pratishthan. She has been coordinating career counselling cells in some of the best IB schools in Kolkata, Pune and Bangalore for over 12 years. She has also been teaching IB Diploma, A and AS level and IGCSE English literature during these years as well.
Ms. Delnaaz Kapoor — Vice Principal
Center Point School, Katol Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Mrs. Delnaaz Kapoor was born and raised in Nagpur and holds a M.Com., M.A. (Eco.) and B.Ed. from RTM Nagpur University. She joined the profession for the sheer passion for teaching and currently teaches classes 11 and 12. Additionally, she is the Head of the Career Counselling Cell, which guides students from class 9 upwards on their career paths. She conducts psychometric test and counsels students. She also looks into international admissions for the school’s Young Achievers Program. She has attended a formal training in career counselling from the Institute for Career Studies and has attended career workshops, including the IC3 Annual Conference in 2018 and symposium for senior secondary students by Dr. Ravindran.
Mrs. Radha Kore — Principal
Vidya Pratishthan, Baramati, Maharashtra
Mrs. Radha Kore has been a principal at Vidya Pratishthan for the last three years and has a total of 20 years of teaching experience at the same school. She has been appointed a Master Trainer by the CBSE to conduct sessions on topics such as life skills, gender sensitivity, social science, remodeled structure of assessment, inclusive education, and more. She has conducted training and workshops for the teaching staff of Shiva Valley School (Patas), Dr. Cyrus Poonawala School (Uralikanchan), and St. Joseph School (Saswad).

Additionally, he manages diverse curricula including State Boards, National (ICSE and CBSE) and International (CAIE, UK and IB). Mr. Harish Luharuka was the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Oxford Coaching Institute, Mumbai (1988-2015), as well as the Director of Parle Software Limited from 2007-2016.
Ms. Anju Muley — Principal

Ms. Vandana Murjani — Head Career Counselor

Mrs. Vandana Murjani heads the Career Counseling Department at The Emerald Heights International School, Indore, India. She provides counseling support to the students from grades VIII through XII, wherein she helps the students discover their latent potentials in the most scientific manner. She holds B.Com., B.Ed. and M.A. in English Literature. Vandana is a passionate counselor and goes out of the way to help and support her students with course selection, university selection, profile building, research, applications and more. In pursuit of delving deeper into the field of career counseling, she has undergone training conducted by The Central Board of Secondary Examinations and Career Guide at Pune and Delhi, respectively. In order to explore the plethora of opportunities and get the feel of the campuses, she set forth on a 15 days Counselors Tour to the U.S., week-long university exploration tour to the U.K., PolyU counselors’ tour to Hong Kong and a week -long tour to Singapore. Apart from these, she has made several college campus visits in the country as well. Vandana has been the recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award by Career Launcher, India. Dhe never misses out on any opportunity to attend career-related conferences. He holds a B.Ed. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Kerala University, PGDCA in Computers from HEIT Madras and an M.S. in Psychotherapy and Counselling from IPMS Mumbai. Ms. Sarah O’Reilly — Coordinator
Sarah O’Reilly is the EducationUSA Coordinator, who sits within the U.S. Consulate General Sydney, responsible for all EducationUSA activities in NSW, QLD, ACT and WA within Australia. This includes managing student advising centres in Sydney and Perth, coordinating schools outreach and university pre-departures, assisting with and promoting U.S. university visits, managing the EducationUSA social media and providing professional development opportunities for careers advisors. Sarah previously held a position in international education for five years at an Australian University focusing on program development, international partnerships and student exchanges. Sarah holds a BA in International Relational and Development Studies.
Mr. Vishal Rathore — Career Counselor

Mr. Vishal Rathore brings 12 years of experience as a counselor, consultant and social worker to his current role as a career counselor at The Sanskar Valley School, Bhopal. Ms. Lipi Sarma — College Counsellor - IB

Ms. Lipi Sarma has 15 years of IB teaching experience in India, UAE and Europe. Her career counselling experience ranges from handling recommendations and applications to helping students make decisions in their choice of careers. Additionally, she was among 25 counsellors selected from around the world for the first fly-in tour hosted by the University of California, to visit four of their campuses -- University of Berkeley, University of Mercedes, University of Santa Cruz and University of Davis. She has participated in two IC3 Regional Conferences held in Kolkata in 2017 and 2018.

Ms. Angelina Singh — Coordinator

Ms. Angelina Singh is the Coordinator of the Durga Das Foundation, and a member of the Strawberry Fields High School Management Committee. She has been associated in several capacities in the school since its inception in 2004. With a postgraduate degree in English Literature, Bachelor’s of Education and L.L.B. from Punjab University, she has gathered vast experience in the field of education, including four years as a principal. As Coordinator of the Foundation, she is actively involved in organising cultural activities held under the aegis of the Durga Das Foundation.

Katie represents Education USA for the U.S. Embassy in New Zealand, based in Auckland – New Zealand's largest and most diverse city. Leading nationwide strategy, Katie works to improve bilateral student mobility between the U.S. and New Zealand, and guides three advising centers in the Education USA Global Network. Her role covers a broad spectrum of outreach to ensure continuous engagement with key stakeholders, including government bodies and university leadership, both in the U.S. and New Zealand. Katie is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, as well as a Master’s in Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Auckland.
Mr. Shashank Srivastava — Coordinator, Career Counselling Cell

Shashank Srivastava is the coordinator of the career counselling cell at City Montessori School Lucknow. Mr Srivastava has been working at the institution for more than 4 years, wherein he has successfully organised various career events, university fairs, seminars and more. He also guides students on the various career options available to them and the importance of study abroad. With excellent coordination and management abilities, Shashank has continued to be an asset to the career counselling cell of CMS.

Mr. Razoun Siddiky Tohin — Career Guidance Counselor

Razoun Siddiky Tohin is a visionary college counselor with about four years of international experience in college and career guidance counseling. Recently, he represented Bangladesh in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Empowering School Counselors to Promote U.S. Higher Education. His educational credentials include a B.Sc. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from East West University, Bangladesh and a Master’s degree in Science from Högskolan I Gävle, Sweden. Before joining Scholastica, he studied as an Erasmus exchange student at Universidade de Aveiro, Portugal where he planned, arranged and implemented innovative strategic plans of Erasmus Student Network. Razoun is a member of the International Association of College Admission Counseling (IACAC) and Dhaka College Counselors Network (DCCN).
Ms. Rhonda Vink — Head of Careers

Rhonda joined St. Cuthbert’s in 2017, coming home to New Zealand after nearly 16 years of living and working in Singapore. In her time as an international school educator she gained a broader knowledge and understanding of global developments in careers and the university admissions processes in many different countries. In her current role, she continues to work with students from very diverse backgrounds, many of whom apply to universities all over the globe. Rhonda herself has a global family with three of her four sons living in different countries throughout Europe.
Ms. Pubudu Wijesinghe — Higher Education Counsellor

Pubudu Wijesinghe has experience in the education industry for over 15 years. As the high school counsellor for the Gateway Group of Schools in Sri Lanka, she is responsible for strategic decision making to provide access to quality education to all deserving students. Prior to her current role, Pubudu was the head of Gateway School of Computing. She has expertise in curriculum design, technology in education, assessment and evaluation, as well as professional development for teachers in Computing at Secondary level. Pubudu holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems from the London Metropolitan University in the U.K. She is currently reading for her M.B.A. at the Post Graduate Institute of Management in Sri Lanka.
